Safety has always been our utmost priority at Frankie & Co Adventures. That's why we've put in place a range of measures to protect our staff, customers and the public. These measures may change from time to time, depending on government guidelines and restrictions in place.

Normal Measures

​

To protect our staff and customers, we have implemented the following procedures:​

​

• Daily sanitation of our van

• Staff use of hand sanitiser

• Continuous monitoring of prevailing health advice and adapting our procedures to meet changing advice and regulation

• Contactless pickup for homes with people isolating for precautionary purposes

• "Special Measures" policy to manage periods of increased risk

Special Measures (inactive)

​

During periods of increased risk, we will apply a more conservative policy to ensure the safety of our operations and compliance with government rules and restrictions.

The specifics of this policy will change depending on the prevailing health advice and government restrictions.

We will let our clients know when we are using this policy via email, or check the status message above!

​

Our "Special Measures" policy involves the following restrictions:

​

1. Contact Avoidance
   All pickups will be contactless. Please dont be offended if our Adventure Leader's dont come and say hello like usual! They will pick-up and drop-off your pups without any face-to-face contact. Dont worry - you'll still get all the juicy details of the session in your post-adventure message as usual!
    

2. No Entry Inside Houses
   Our Leaders will not physically enter a house in order to pick-up or drop-off your pup. They can still use alternative methods, such as opening a door to let them out, or accessing your dog via a yard or side gate. Alternatively, if you are home, you can let your dog out when our Leaders arrive, all whilst complying with social distancing measures.
    

3. Masks
   Our Adventure Leaders will wear masks at all times during an adventure, except when in the van with no other humans present. This includes during pick-up, drop-off and during the outdoor portion of the adventure.
